Banana Baked Oatmeal
Banana Baked Oatmeal- (allergen friendly, gluten friendly, fodmap friendly, and vegan)
The warming spices of our Happy Harvest blend adds all the warmth and homey feel as we get your day off right with this tummy soothing baked oatmeal. It is Gluten free, Allergen Friendly, FODMAP friendly and Vegan.
1 cup mashed bananas (2-3 bananas)
1 ½ cups milk (of choice)
½ cup apple sauce
1 egg or vegan egg substitute
⅓ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons melted unsalted vegan butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups rolled oats
2 teaspoon IrieVeda Happy Harvest blend
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Thoroughly combine the first 7 ingredients on the list in a mixing bowl.
Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into a greased 8x8 glass baking dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until thoroughly baked through.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes to cool before slicing.
